The colors are very pretty, but I have a problem with her hair, other than the blue light from underneath her hair it seams to be a blob of color. I would suggest more lines when drawing the hair up top where there is little to no light, to make it look like her hair is growing from her scalp, not just stuck there. The only other suggestion I have is to move her collar bone up a bit, where you drew it looks strange to me, like the chest and neck meet together too soon and the shoulders look awkward because of it. Again, I like the colors, it makes the girl look weightless, like she is about to fly or do some other magic stuff. Your picture also has movement. The texture of her clothing is accurate, and the wrinkles in her shirt make it look soft and a bit stretchy, which is great because a lot of people focus on only the person and leave the clothes by the way-side and it ends up making the picture look flat. Oh and her fingers look really nice! especially the ones on the foreshortened hand. (fingers are hard to draw :/ ) Keep going in the direction you're going in!

-is fully aware that I'm about to sound a bit stuck up. my apologies-
What I liked:
- The body shape: It is realistic of a female and yet STILL pretty. Very nice job on that. Some people would just go and make the girl stick thin or put a teeny tiny amount of meat on her. You did rather well making her look a healthy weight and attractive.
The hair: It swirls nicely and the way the light from the spirits (?) plays off of it is wonderfully done.
Possible Improvements:
-The spirit (? is that what it is?) swirling around her: Shouldn't it's tail be behind her? I think that would have continued the nice deapth look you have going there.
Over all I would rate this picture a solid 9/10.
