I am agog! His face looks a bit pinched though, is he perhaps a little upset about something... for some reason? Does he need a cup of tea? Hmm? Perhaps a nice chat... maybe just a lie down.
Cool concept for the pointy things, but I wasn't sure if he actually had hands at first, then I double checked and he did, so who's the dunce now eh? (Well me obviously lol)

Not my design, sadly. Panther is an established character, so he's been designed years ago without much room for personal input.
