Because I hate the way, the authors of hair props integrate the glossy effects into the diffuse texture maps, now for iRay I completely changed diffuse, glossy specular and bump all by my own.
Now the glossy shine only depends on the real light.

For that studio set I only used 3 photometric spot lights.
