Excellent capture of the pigeon and sparrow interacting, a very interesting scene.
I enjoy the use of black-and-white effects, they really bring out the cobblestones and birds nicely.

That is a perfect Kodak moment! Perfect shot! I love how the Pigeon had to bend down to look at the other bird!
