It is basically Ramiel´s home, and Blixer being a megalomaniac in EVERY iteration of himself decides to conquer it, but yall know she´s a very agressive and territorial old cat lady

Also can I say how much I enjoy drawing Rami, like complex design choices aside, she´s probably the coolest thing that will ever come out from me
