no, not a common street in Lisbon. This is a passage through a building complex, a Cultural and Exhibitions Center. It starts in the street, go across the complex and ends in other street. I uploaded a map, to let you see it and how the photo was taken; you can see it here. If your next question is if this is street photography, que answer is yes it is.

Wow, thank You for so detailed explanation (and map). When I saw this photo, street seemed not to be so long, but in the other hand You propably took it with zoom lens

you're welcome. Yes, I used 70-300 mm lens. The place is quite interesting, always; the exhibitions are inside the buildings and there is always something happening, but the walkways are free for public use.
