I tried creating this oc wondering if there were any evil humans in the MMX universe besides Wily cuz that’s quite scarce from what I remember. I feel Reploid crimes get press as they’re new and scary considering their strength, but I imagine humans still have problems amongst themselves and take advantage of how underreported crimes committed by people are. Serial killers who are human probably become old news in the future.
