It not that I hate God for what's happening to me...It's just that I feel like I'm still out of reach of God. And other keep praying, believing and telling me that God IS heeling me and getting through this...
But... I just feel like I can't be as believing and having faith like they do because I feel like there's still a lot of trash inside me...

If you want to feel better, I suggest this book. It is short, an easy read, and it wakes up your mind by.... drum roll... talking a bit about death. I had to read it for a class at my university, and rolled my eyes to what I read on the back of the book, but it really is helpful on life's major lessons including (as read in the table of contents): authenticity, love, relationships (with everyone, not just mates), loss, power, guilt, time, fear, anger, play, patience, surrender, forgiveness, and happiness. I know, long list. It does have God and religion within the chapters too, but this book's main purpose is really to help you find your way, wherever it may be (possibly closer to God?). Look it up and buy it cheap on Amazon or something, "Life Lessons," by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross & David Kessler. If you do, let me know what you think. What ever you decide to do, good luck.

I struggle with believing my feelings, too... Remind yourself on what God says about you in the Bible. 
Also, great capture of emotion and despair in this picture...I know many people can relate to this, including me!

Kind of a repeated phrase, but remember that God always has a plan. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5)" We never truly understand what God is doing, but what others are telling you is right. You are healing. And God will never love you any less. He feels your pain and is holding you tightly.

God is always able to sort out whatever is going on inside your head, no matter how messed-up it all is.

Sometimes everyone goes through periods of time where they feel like God isn't there. Just keep on going, wake up every morning and realize He provided you with another day to seek Him. It's when He is closest that He seems farthest away. I will be praying for you!
and by the way, we all have trash inside of us. That's why it says that we will be continue to be perfected till He calls us home or returns. Don't feel discouraged, because some things take a bit of time to heal. Don't be afraid to let Him know how you feel either, because He wants to know.

Then why not get rid of it? Take a look at everything inside of you, everything you are, and ask yourself; "Is there anything here I can do without? Is there anything here that is not becoming of him?"

phtheh, this isn't like an overnight thing where everything that bothers you just disappears... And I DO want to get rid of those things. But because I have Tourette's syndrom, OCD and the back part of the brain is a lousy filtering system. It's a lot harder for me that other people think. And I DO ask God to help me to just let go of all those thing and he DOES help me and he helps to calm down, too.

I do pray and ask God to take all those things away, and he answers sometimes... But for me, it's like a very slow process and he helps he to take it one day at a time... '~'

In someways it gets harder before it gets better. Satan is throwing everything and the sink because he's got to keep you in bondage. But its also good to see if its just spiritual or your body's hormonal balance.
