SOLD Β Β Winter has just started, here, so I guess I can't say I'm ready for spring yet. But it is nice to look at a warm, green picture. Fanny was born with an adorable white mark on her forehead that looks like a crescent moon with the points tipped upwards. If you know your ancient Egyptian mythology, you might suspect she is sacred to Hathor!oil 12 x 16 inches 30 x 40 cm

Wow I love your scenic nature work! The colors, hues, shadows...they all do their job to capture the light and energy of that early morning sun (could be late afternoon, either or). I really can't get over it, when I look at this I can imagine perfectly what it would feel like to be standing there in real life. Keep up the great work!

Thanks so much for the feedback. You're right, it's early morning. I genuinely enjoy the cows and I think that comes through when I paint them. As I sit here with my feet freezing and my nose dripping, I can't help but wish I was in that painting, too!
