My friend and I decided to buy some of that fancy fondant stuff that professional cake bakers use. Fondant is a weird type of icing. It has a funny texture but tastes like marshmallows :] The colors are simply made by mixing food coloring with the white fondant....and we made this yummy Chowder cake for no apparent reason.
It was delicious.
