An animation!? Cor blimey!This animation has been sitting on my computer for nearly a year, I just never got around to upload it. So I enhanced it with some sound effects.
Sorry for the picture, but the linetest gets dark with the more layers there are.
Anyway, it was a one week animation project given to use by the Studio creators that owned Scratch & Sniff.

thanks alot man. Yeh, as an animator, i dont seem to regularly post much animation. lol Things are slow in uni with the 3 week flash animation, then i dont animation again for another 4 weeks and that will be my film.
I'll try to get more flash tests done in the meantime.

Thanks man. Yeh, I meant to upload this yonks ago, but its just been on my memory stick for some reason. It seems kinda boring without sound, so I thought it would be fun adding them in, certainly brings it to life more. ^_^

Yeh, I can animate in film, but I thought its only 6 seconds long...probably not worth uploading in film. I dunno, just doesnt feel right promising people a film and they get a 6 second clean up test. ^_^

Thanks very much buddy. I cant take credit for the characters, they aint owned by me. They gave us character sheets and layouts and we just animated it. Good fun.

I really enjoyed it too. Would have been great to colour in. The overlapping chops is my fav bit of the whole thing too. I did it and thought....'i did something cool'. ^_^

lol, the timing on that spin was fluke hun. Utter fluke, I was lucky to hit those frames the way I did, cos hell if I can remember how to do it again XD

i struggled to get my head around the timing with this originally. First proper time using dope sheets. We had the scene and I just wanted to animate it...but it was getting epic with the details and actions. But then I realised how fun it was kinda animating but being restricted...makes you think more about what you're doing in a way. Like, what can you do to make this cool in this short amount of time? A complete bitch sometimes, but an interesting challenge.

lol i just started using Flash MX on my computer^^ I want to make really well made flash cartoons myself and then eventually make animations like yours!

lol It has been my dream to do a DBZ fight scene. I just need to thumbnail a scene out, research DBZ fights and animation techniques, and of course find some time when I aint animating on my uni course.
I actually started animating on flash too. Working on flash 8. Those scenes will be uploaded shortly once the project finishes next week. Using a wacom is tough work.

you wouldn't believe my patience! 2 years ago I went to this b-day party for my childhood best friend and we went and saw a movie with a bunch of other ppl and it was during a storm and the power went out so we missed half the movie and then 16 minutes later the power came back on and we watched the move and then got free movie tickets for the inconvenience^^ And when I discovered that they were making a live action Transformers movie thats what I used my ticket on because it had no expiry date on it! In general I waited 2 and a half years to see that movie^^ And whats cooler is that the first time I saw it, the projector screwed up and skipped a bunch of scenes from the movie so we got free movie tickets for free once again! And to further prove my point I'm waiting for the second Transformers movie to come out that happens to be in current production!! I'm also waiting for the newest DBZ game for the Wii and PS2 to come out for November 14th lol So believe me when I can tell you.... I can wait!

damn that is patience. i would have lost those tickets by then....but...they sound like lucky tickets at least anyway. You could always save them for the DBZ live action movie
