As promised, I bring to you Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan art!

His name is Ray Fillet. The story goes that he was a marine biologist who was transformed into a mutant manta ray. While the Turtles fight crime in the streets and sewers of New York, Ray combats evil on the coral reef.

To my knowledge, this character was never featured on the TMNT cartoon show, or in the movies. My rendition of him is based on the action figure and a magazine cover that I came across through Google, and I'm quite happy with the way he turned out.
