Maybe you can draw a semi-realism kind of eye. A mix of both

I'm arguing against consistency lately ahaha I mean, I shade the face semi-realisticly but the eyes are soooo fake it seems like I got the eyes from a cell-shading drawing and paste them on the face >< (you're right, I'm trying a mix of both XD) oh, well, I guess once I find my own way/style it'll all come together

The eyelash is at the buttom of the tutorial? The other eyelashes is part of the eye definition. I chose to define it at the earlier stage in order to help me better view the overall effect of the eye. You can choose to draw before or after

I wrote how I drew it in the last step.
You use 1px pen brush, 100% capacity. It goes like a upward curvy shape.
If you still don't understand it, I'll demonstrate some examples of eyelashes when i get home tonight.

You should get it, the colors is very smooth and the software is very small so it doesn't slow down ur computer that much.
