Reminds me of the Mad magazine parody on Robocop where the shop-owner was callin' out on the title character, with her assistant telling "He did stop the robber?"
-"So what? That guy would only have snatched maybe a couple of hundred bucks while this tincan here caused thousands of dollars of damages!"
Hate to think how its like for this vaster blunt instrument of the law with all that dust and such spreadin' over. Then again, those people probably gotten warnings for months if those buildings at such state...
