This is Fliskolo. An energetic jokester, he's always ready to stick up for his friends. Comfortable on two legs or all fours, in land or water. His species, the Kings-of-Atlantis, have been driven close to extinction due to the efforts of the demon Oros.Fun Fact: he often makes makeshift accessories for himself out of cloth he finds floating in the ocean.

They are, but they're a really late addition to the breed (he's been around for like... eight years, and this is the first time they've appeared X'DD), so we'll have to see if they endure the test of time! :3
