Description
Along with Dune, 1984, George Orwell's novel was one of the novels that influenced dramatically in my view the Scifi / fantasy.Orwell's novel, unlike Dune, plasma a frightening world, unfortunately, is much closer to reality.
It seems a lot of things that happen in a world in which lust for power, takes precedence over human dignity.
I think that Orwell was a visionary.
Pessimistic and heartbreaking, talks about the reality of the human species ... the self-destruct.
Apart from that, I dedicate this picture to all my watchers, who follow my work. To thank, in a symbolic way, your support for my work.
I tried to go a different picture. I think it is ... I hope you like it.

Orwell's vision becomes so much more like reality everyday that you might consider taking up photography soon. It makes me wonder why so many seem to look down on Nietzsche when so much around us seeks to confirm his will to power; well, I guess it's obvious -- he sees too perceptively for the comfort of our quest for power.

Another totally brilliant literary interpretation! Great subject, great execution. Now we see the vision you had all along for the enticing visual components you've shared leading up to this!
With good production design like this, makes me realize what a thrilling movie a modern 1984 remake could be!

Really good. What programs did you use it? How much time rendering?
π: 0 β©: 1
angelitoon In reply to Cadubrrj [2011-05-31 07:27:49 +0000 UTC]
Use 3 main programs.
Organica (an old program modeling metaprimitivas)
3dmax, Zbrush.
I also use Photoshop, vue
I do my renders, in different pass. The pass, which took longer, was to Oclussion nearly 1 Β½ hours.
Others just took a few minutes.

You're not the only one. Here nobody knew organica.
It is a very old (full of bugs) nobody uses it, nobody knows, is no longer for sale.
but I love ...

If it suits your work and dont give you problems why should you change it?
I only wonder if it causes any trouble with comission jobs, should be hard to explain the same history over and over.

angelitoon In reply to Cadubrrj [2011-05-31 17:13:31 +0000 UTC]
usually in the jobs of commission, just look for the final result.
