First, you've done a great job here ( even if you say that you have a hard time drawing female characters the result is beautiful ). I like a lot the costume and the way you made her "flow around" and also the colors fit the whole image perfectly. ย Keep up the great work

Anyway, nice way you used the colors: grey background, with a few colors which highlight the presence of the character and gives her something mystical.

Yup, Bidadari is a kind of angel. In Hindus terminology, it may called Gandharva or Apsaras.
About the colour, yup, grey is good I think to perform mystical approach
