Well, back in October of last year, during a Halloween event on Gaiaonline.com, I was talking with a fellow Okami fan, and was random inspired to sketch this out.It was quick and I did it in about ten minutes on Paint Tool SAI.

It looks like the colours are painted with a computer programm.

Yes, I did this on a computer program called Paint Tool SAI.
