Okay so, -thinks of what to say- I really like this in general, the colors look really nice and the shading as always is amazing.
I really love how you drew the scarf, you're getting better at drawing them ^^
Now, one thing that is a bit awkward is the left foot, it's a little small and it looks a little odd turned at that angle. Also the right sleeve (if that's what you would call it? xD) looks a little off, I think it could be made a tad bit longer and change the angle.
I think you did a really great job and that you're really improving, it looks awesome : )

I love this style of art its unique and it fits what you draw
I love how you drew angels scarf and ugh that shading is amazing!
I don't think the feet look weird at all that pose is hard to draw for me
also just the fact that you can draw anthros is awesome!
the only thing I would change is the shorts they in a way look small.. or something Idk
but then again I like how you draw somethings small like how the paws are.
I think that is cute and makes it look petite like cats actually are.

Cons: the feet are a bit werid and the hands aren't the same leangth and the outfits not really that original.
