Description One of my first attempts at Painter X for a Digital Illustration class I'm taking. I will be the first to admit that I'm more of a Photoshop girl (hell just bringing it into Photoshop to do a few strokes here and there made it a million times better), but I'm willing and trying to learn what I can about this other program geared more towards "artists."

And yes, I'm aware of how dark it is. The contrast is to create mood.. and seeing as it's in a cave with only a few light sources it would be rather hard to see.

Thanks so much I'm really happy with the lighting as well... too bad the stuff never prints out the way you want it to >_>

Hehe, it was fun trying to add in things that made the bear seem more "eccentric" (which was part of the project). I'm glad you noticed the bear slippers, I was worried they might have disappeared too much into the darkness.
