Here's the finished request picture for !!I decided not to do shading because that way it would be easier for others to reference by.
As it would be harder to figure out which colors are the right colors from this epic pic: [link]
That original pic has so much shading it made it quite difficult to decide what was the correct main colors of the Gryphon.
So I tried to decide what was the bast color from that and did my best!
If any colors are wrong and need to be changed, EloraTM just let me know!
I noticed on your picture that there was some slight gradient in the wings. So I tried my best to portray that here!
And I wasn't sure on the red-ish part of the wings so I put a red gradient to a slightly darker red into the wings as you see here!
I hope you like it! This Epic Gryph was a fun challenge to draw and color!

Hello and thank you again for making my request. Well I do not usually tell
people what they have to get in the drawing, because I like to see the way
then interpret it, but this time I'll say, because I like to use your
drawing as a reference if you do not mind. xD
The black part is closed in the head and tail marks,they look a bit like a lemur are as they are here: [link]
I think you failed to see the marks because they are actually a little darker, you did a great job I loved the design! Thank You so much! And I love the way you have done the wings they are much better than my reference

Updated the tail... not sure if I used a too dark of a red... but as a reference having a dark enough red so others can see the detail is a big help.
But that's completely up to you, Hun! I'll change it to a red closer to the tail no problem! ^_~

With the link you gave me I couldn't quite tell what you meant by the 'black part is closed' and that it looks more like a lenur... ^_^;;
I see on the ref I used about the 4-ish red stripes on the tail I believe (yes, the detail on the tail was hard to see ^^)
But on the head your reff here: [link] shows a different head detail for the black/darker design than what I could barely make out in: [link]
o_o; Was the detail on the head updated since the reference I used from your gallery? As that was the only reff I could find there. ^_^;;;

O_o; So according to the ref. pic you have there... She's black where I have the red?
It's hard to tell by that picture because a number of things could be different... lighting for instance which would make the red hard to see....
Oh that's no problem! I'm glad I colored her on a different layer than the line art! Makes it a whole lot easier to change detail & all!

I've been good and busy 8} 3 commission picts, 1 art trade and 2 request pictures to complete... O_O;; lol! Besides that? I recently got hired at my local Walmart as a Dairy/Frozen Food Associate!
Until I'm called by Walmart for Orientation.. I work at my family's Dental Office Thurs 12pm-6pm and Fri 7am-2pm... I may be earning $13.40 per hour but I barely make just over $100.00 at the moment... Which is frustrating given the fact that I own a duplex... w/o a renter, have my Boyfriend renting the upstairs apartment out this Sept 1st(future hubby-to-be), and all my bills to pay as well...
I've got a 'emergency fund' I had at one point saved up over $4,000.00 in and since I had to evict my previous tenants(for various legal reasons) I have been needing to rely on my Emergency fund for the past... oh... 3 months U_U;;;
So now it's down to just over $2,000.00 in there.... Thankfully Ben (who is here) will be able to afford the upstairs rent ($425.00) he & I will have a month-2-month contract I hope will work for him so he will be able to transfer from the Walmart where he works (in Paris, Illinois) to the walmart here. (in Iron Mountain, MI)
That, and the fact that my parents seem to want to keep me working at the dental office at least 1 day a week... which I doubt I will be able to successfully do since I will be working 3rd shift at Walmart. O_O;;
They not only control my finances to try to 'help' me for the moment but they seem to want to control where I work as well. ¬¬' I didn't buy my home (with their help) to be controlled by my parents as to how I spend my money, where I work, what I do on a day-to-day basis and have them tell me where I should even sleep in my own home! ><'
I'd say it's completely insane that they want to control me and my life so much! I may be the 'baby' of the family and my brother being the oldest...But I don't see them trying to control where he works, his finances, what he does every day or where he sleeps in his home! So it's like "why are you doing this to me?! Why are you trying to control _my_ life when I am 25 years old, moved out and everything?"
Blah I guess I'm just really frustrated at my mom and dad... ><; For trying to control me when I'm no longer under their roof. They even go so far as to rub it in my face that "I don't have much money" and make it seem that they're so much better than me that they are oh so "rich" and that I'm 'poor' when I'm not! X{
I mean so what if they have money and own 3 sports cars? So what if they can afford a huge home on 4 or more acres of land? So what if they can afford to go on vacation over seas for weeks? Why they have to preach to me that I'm so beneath them galls me!
And by the way... when Dad doesn't work I'm not able to work either at the dental office. I've tried to ask for more hours from my older cousin who had taken over for dad aka bought the practice... but to no avail and he knows what kind of situation I'm in...
Ah well, if my Cousin doesn't want to hire me I now at least have Walmart's 3rd hour shift to lean on... and my Cousin will loose the opportunity of employing a very valuable employee... His loss though! Lol!
I'll tell ya this though, once I go through orientation and know my start date and schedule from Walmart I will tell my Cousin that I am quitting. And he'll be sorry for not giving me a chance to show him what I'm worth to him as an employee.
Mom and Dad can go ahead and complain at me for all I care too... I'm better off financially working minimum-ish wage ($7.80) at Walmart 3 times a week 10pm - 7am than I was at my family's dental clinic. XD
