Description Spotted this Slow worm in my garden and rescued it from my cats, one of its eyes appeared to have retained, unshed skin, so I gave it a little spray of water, took a few photos and set it off on its way in a safer area of the garden

Thanks, the cats seem to find at least a couple of these a week just now, luckily I spend a fair bit of time near our patio doors so see them when they are up to no good.
