Made a full-on concept art of the Hatter, "showcasing" his mechanics and ways to avoid him.

•Despite the description implying the Hatter's kinda fast, he has kinda the same speed as the Twin Chefs, which IS fast for a bulky monster.
•The Hatter has pretty bad eyesight, he can't see things far away from his face, and you could easily hide behind glass or small objects without him nociting you, however, as you'll read below...
•He is very paranoic, he always thinks some critter is hiding somewhere with hat stealing intentions, so he'll check under desks, tables, chairs, inside drawers, etc, which will give you a chance to sneak pass him half of the time, but...
•Once he does see you, he'll hardly give up from chasing you.
