Well obviously dead pool seeing as he is immortal and also a really good fighter. Although Deathstroke might still be better at fighting than Dead Pool, Dead Pool is immortal and you cant really win against that.

Well, Deadpool and Deathstroke both have powerful healing factors and skills with weapons, however Deadpool has a slightly better healing factor, no matter though because if Deadpool kills Deathstroke, Deadpool will die too... as Deadpool is basically a copy of Deathstroke and knowing Deadpool's ability to break the fourth wall, he would die
