Our next set of characters that reside (well for three, sorta) within the ZONE.

Wanted to establish early on that not everyone agrees to the ZONE’s rules and plans as hinted by the Meeting Riot incident. This has stretched itself to rebel groups being formed. Now to try and say all these groups get along is a whole other issue in it’s self but for now…

The Harmony Crisis Relief Agency, or HACRA for short, was founded after news of The Root was dispersed between the highest ranks of Equestria. This is how ponies like Twilight are able to control and implement protection measures within their designated ZONES. HACRA is regarded as… a bit forceful. Think tough love…. But love has dried up, so it’s just tough. You give some ponies power and it can go to their heads. This has lead to corruption from between guards to entire ZONES. So bad that rebel groups will try, and in some cases succeed (looking at you Manehatten), taking over the ZONES.

And with ZONE F-3 growing more and more tiresome, Twilight truly worries over an uprising in the not-so-distant future.
