I've just seen that Mighty -does- indeed have a poster cameo in Generations... But even if he didn't, you know SOMEONE would try something like I drew, haha! xD I thought it was just Fang on a poster, so it's a nice nod to him. I do think it is a shame that Sega would rather create a slew of new characters over using the old fsvourites, but Sega does seem touchy about who gets used...

Aha, I stand corrected. I believe there was dispute at some point but apparently there's a chance he will return in the future. I think SoJ are just a bit funny about Mighty being used, a lot like they are with Fang. Did you know Jazwares tried to make a Fang figure but SoJ stopped them? Shame...

Fang is on a poster, Mighty is not. Jay below is right - The owner of Mighty won't let SEGA use him anymore. Sadface! xD

Actually, the owner of Mighty IS Sega.
The original creator of Mighty NEVER had the copyrights to the character! Let's face it: Sega hates Mighty!

I believe there was dispute over the ownership of Mighty at some point, but as he recently placed in a poll of popular characters... Maybe we'll see him again. SEGA are known to restrict the use of certain characters. Take Fang for example - SoJ blocked Jazwares from making a figure of him. Shame...
