Is classic Tails hiding inside Android or behind Android?

What program did you use to get the smooth and straigh lines?

Photoshop CS3, pen tool. I use a variety of layers with variable line thicknesses to create the illusion of differing pen weights. I hope to try SAI soon - I hear it gives excellent results!

Did you notice that when you scroll down on this picture the background looks trippy.

This is a very lovely and striking piece of work that really shows the tremendous growth of your drawing skills, but more in the colouring aspect of your work. Certainly from this piece you have found your approach to a colouring method that is bold, simply and yet beautifully vibrant to allowing your design of the characters to shine significantly. The style has certainly been found with this piece and your take on Sonic and Android Tail has both the personality and vibrance to make them stand out with pride and admiration. It appears as though you've found your approach with the design and found something to call your own, rather than merely relying on the official style from the games. It works well and shows much more in how you've learnt more in the personality of the characters and developed your own look to bringing forth facial gesture etc.
Colouring is certainly one of the highlights that certainly stands out with pride. The cell shading method works well, but the little touches such as the airbrushed tips and use of gradients soften them nicely to make them appear more defined and characteristics than sharp cut outs.
Keep it up.

Thank you! Really, art contests are an excuse for me to draw more... I do not mind if I do not win as it is so much fun to do these pieces. ^_^
