Okay I was watching the latest episode of Rick and Morty, when I noticed this on the computer screen when some aliens were probing Jerry's mind.Looks like Jerry is the one outside the cabbin that Bill is gonna control

This is actually expected. The creators of both shows hinted this as one of the many easter eggs. The mug and note book that grunkle Stan lost in th e portle can be seen coming out odf a portal in the background of rick and Morty. You can also see the journal pages rewritten on papers in Morty's garage in various episodes.
The reason for this connection was the idea of a crossover for season 3 of rick and Morty and possibly start a new series as a sequal to gravity falls. There was hints in the fluvial virus episode where he "secretly" broke the forth wall, but people assumed he was referring to life with the fluvial virus.
