Character concept I'm working on, to apply for Milizia with when they open applications next month.Just a rough sketch at the moment, I wanted to see how the colours would work. He looks so /boring/ at the moment though. =/ Might need to spruce him up a bit.
And do something with the shirt collar it looks really odd.
