NOTE: Well, this is supposed to be Penguin circa Bruce's retirement, not Penguin during Terry's time.

A rough idea for how Oswald would look as Bruce is getting close to retirement. After talking with BigBDawg001 , we'd figured he was about 15 years older than Bruce. Outside of the fused fingers, super beaky nose, and aging him up (with some wrinkles inspired by the Batman Unlimited design), I freely admit to basing using the Arkham Knight design--but I also figured in his old age, Oswald stopped giving a crap about being civil and classy. I also tried to give him the bad leg from Gotham. I figured that his health went down the crapper as he got older, hence reusing Gotham!Oswald's limp and Arkham!Oswald's bottle in the face and vent in neck.
