My friends, welcome to another episode of "Anicomicgeek cannot draw a decent likeness of an actor to save his life." marcoasalazarm recently asked me to do a cover for his recent story, A CORELINE STORY: COCCINELLE, CHAT, SOLDAT (WIP)COCCINELLE, CHAT, SOLDAT:

CHAPTER ONE: ARRIVALS.

DeGaulle Airport. Key entrance to France. One of the busiest airports in the world.
The Vanishing had not changed this one bit. What had changed was how serious the security was.
Hackett had noted fifteen guards overlooking the line leading to customs, all of them attired in heavy armor and armed with H&K G-3 assault rifles with under barrel concussion cannons for anti-riot work. Former GIGN and French Foreign Legion, from the few visible tattoos. Some of them were packing a severe amount of implants, just THIS close to the very edge of cyber-psychosis. And various others, plain-clothed, mixed amongst the crowd but unable to remove the posture and wearing significant bulges under their shirts. The lot of them were looking for trouble, for someone to do something -- anything -- stupid and allow them to relieve their b and originally the story called for his OC, Roger Hackett to be impersonating Jim Caviezel's character from Person of Interest, John Reese.

Despite my best efforts, how badly did I botch doing a decent likeness of Caviezal? marcoasalazarm said he looks like Duke from G.I. Joe or Daniel Craig's James Bond instead. At least I tried.
