Description Hellblazer and all reated characters are the property of DC Comics.

Just some ideas on how to draw John Constatine.  They're the same two heads, but different ideas on how to do his facial faces.  The ones of the left, I kind-of modelled on the original inspiration, Sting.  The ones on the right, I'd modelled on James Marsters as Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel a bit.

I've always imagined James Marsters as being perfect for John Constantine (voice or live-action).

I think it works best with 2, but the hair a little more unkempt and the longer hair on his neck.

and it looks strange for Constantine to smile.
