Hulk and all related characters are the property of Marvel Comics, and Evangelion and all related characters are the property of Gainax.The fourth commission from Nescaro , he wanted a pic of Miasto Katsuragi from Neon Genesis Evangelion transforming into a She-Hulk. THe idea for her outfit is that it's supposed to be made of nanites that'd shift from her dress uniform into a bathing suit.
