This is a remake of an earlier pic I did: , only with Freeze much closer to the look he had for a while starting with the crossover Underwolrd Unleashed (buffer, not sporting googles, his face lit from underneath), though also a bit more streamlined (in part by reference his appearance in the Superman/Batman: Public Enemies movie, which used a version of the design and using parts of the design for Freeze in Batman Unlimited: Mechs Vs. Mutants are reference for inking and coloring).

As a whole, I kind-of like how this came out better.
