This is my attempt to The Batman-ize two lesser-known Batman baddies: Catman and Magpie.

Catman was a pain to figure out how to deal with him. Despite doing a pic of the original Batwoman in her classic yellow and red costume, I wasn't going to do the classic yellow and orange Catman suit and the show's version of Wrath went with his 90s color scheme of brown and orange. That left his current beige/khaki look or do something different. I chose the latter. I gave him an all-brown outfit, inspired by Ultimate Black Panther's costume in Ultimates 3, as were the spiked knuckles and the goggles were inspired by the costume Hawkeye wears in Ultimates 3. The gauntlets with with claws were inspired by the Predator and a way to give him his Wolverine-esque claws that he tends to him without them being in his gloves. I regret the particular brown I used because his limbs look like they blend into his cape.

Magpie, I also didn't really stick true to the comics look for her, but I did want to keep that feel. I didn't like her hairdo in the comics, so I gave her a different hairdo. Primary influences for her look were Barnette Orangello from the anime, Vandread; Birdy Cephon Altera, the title character of the anime, Birdy the Mighty; and the Ben 10 villainess, Charmcaster (the former one, the outfit and the latter two, her hair).
