Description Ultimate Spider-Man and all related characters are the property of Marvel Comics.

Well, I decided to dip into the Ultimate Universe for this one and draw the Ultimate version of Venom.

I did refer a little to Joe Madureira's version of Ultimate Venom from Ultimates 3 and Venom's build from The Spectacular Spider-Man. I also refer to Ultimate Venom's debut in Ultimate Spdier-Man for the tendrils and spikes.
