lol they are hiruma youichi, and anezaki mamori from eyeshield 21, it's also a shonen manga/anime but it's about football. the author puts in sort of a love hate relationship between these two. the guy, hiruma is a demonic quaterback and captain of the team and mamori is the angelic manager who cleans up the demon's mess...lol aside from these two interesting characters, the show itslef is quite good. you should check it out.
