Description
From Sticks to Base to Doll.The base is named Rukia and I got a different eye version also, I'll post it later when I make more poses.
Made it to make a Rukia doll set, but to test, made Rukia in her swimsuit, one shown in a pinup of the girls. Also a quick visual tutorial, if anyone cares.
First attempt at making a base from a stick skelleton rather than straight outlines. Yay ^_^

Humm, mind if I crit this a bit? THe overall pose and all is ok, but it bothers me that she seems to be lacking hip. It might be my deranged mind though... but yeah, her hips look smaller than her chest, and they are usually the same size.

I guess *shrug* Rukia is overly petite and her features are almost pre-adolecent, and I was attempting to emulate that. When I look at myself, my hips are even with my torso but narrower than my shoulders, (and a lot of doll bases are made so the pelvis is wider than the shoulders, which can be the case, but also doesn't happen all the time)
It's probably because I added the breasts afterward *shrug*

Yeah, they should be as wide as the torso, not the shoulders, although some anime styles *do* make them wider. I think it looks strange mostly because of the frontal pose though, making the difference noticeable. But it's ok though.
