I realized that when I brainstorm pieces with super adorable domestic prompts, I tend to draw old married space husbands… So I tried something else. So. Morning space boyfriends.
(I really need to get myself one of those white detail pens that all teh reeel r-teests have.)

BTW what type of pen do you use? I'm very curious about how you manage to vary the line width like that. I find it beautiful but it's so mysterious for me ^^

Ha! Actually it's a fude brush pen that I got from a teacher in Japan...

I also use a blue FriXion pen for an base sketch which is really nice because the ink disappears when you heat it with a hair dryer or something.

I love also that it reminds me so much of my first Spirk Inktober drawing ^^ That pose of them, with Kirk lazingly lounging on Spock's back, while Spock is sitting straight and busying himself in an intellectual activity is just totally canon XD And Jim always less clothed that Spock, as usual XD
