Made from pieces of poster with Jake's Avatar.There is eye, lips and nose are changed to be similar to mine ones.

I had spend many time for this work. I copied pieces of skin from original poster and paste them on the photo. Photoshop...

Yeah. It's really amazing, I've never been good at those Photo Shop programs, bt I'd love to be sometime. You did a fantastic job.
