Recently I was watching Phelous on YouTube review an extremely obscure Canadian animated Christmas special called "The Christmas Gift of Light" (a.k.a. "The Soulmates in the Gift of Light.") There is a scene in which the villain, Angris McBragg, sort-of hypnotizes a seeing eye dog. (Some sort of white labrador or spotless Dalmatian.)He had some great hypno-faces and I just had to use one of them for this quick cartoony drawing of Dobes being hypnotized by a supervillain, such as Eye-of-Newt:
