In this version, I based her markings somewhat on Professor Hubert, the bloodhound character from the series. Perhaps she's a relative of his.

The pencil sketch was partly drawn while I was taking the train to Disneyland. Now with digital color and shading. The background is a screenshot from an episode of "Road Rovers."
