Description
Rabbit supervillainess Time Stamp uses her powers to freeze time just as superhero Mega Mutt flies past. She's either going to use this to her advantage to get the drop on him (for a buff bunny, he's just a hop away from the rooftop) or steal something from him. I'm not sure what his weakness is besides fatigue, but if he has a kryptonite, she might plant that on him. When she freezes time, she only has a brief period to act, as it requires a great deal of power.Time Stamp belongs to me.
