Hey everyone! This is the new uniform!Rules:
-Jacket is mandatory
-Accessories are mandatory
-You may wear the accessories of the years below you, but NEVER above
-Rock this outfit, Gaga
1st Year: You wear a black bandanna. Doesn't matter how you wear it, but you must have it on.
2nd Year: You get the school patch. Display it anywhere as long as it is visible.
3rd Year: Dog-tags must be kept on at all times except for missions. We don't want proxies discovering information.
4th Year: Congratulation! You get your class ring! You may wear it on hands or around your neck. If you examine it closer, the PHU symbol is engraved on the inside.

The bandanna can have small decorations, but cannot take up the whole bandanna. Ex: Buttons, small sewn in or painted on lettering, and other fine details.
As long as it is small, it should be fine, and you can always check it with me or the other admins ^w^

I'm going to make an executive decision and say the cap is fine, and the bandanna might be a bit much, but if you wanna sketch it out on the character and show me then I can make a full decision

Yes, the bandannas can be decorated, but they still have to remain the same color, and the decorations must be small. Ex: Buttons, white rim, etc.

do you always have to wear the jacket because my character has an irrational fear of being closed in and dose it have to be the same color as the example

Yes, everyone has to wear the jacket. However, the way they wear it is up to you. And yes, the uniform must be the same colors.
