OMG FINALLY REVAMPED THIS DUDE old reference sheet - yes i kno so change much revamp …original size is 90cm wide I am so proud of my computer for handling all the layers

I feel you're all probably sick of these so gomen in advance - //has plans to revamp pretty much everyone/// and then create a couple more OCs I'm brainstorming

=====tl;dr====

Some design notes about him:
• His hair is asymmetric with the right side especially uneven with the longest being a rampant curl of hair which appears wing-like in shape
• Palette is always variants of brown, with accents of teal/turqoise
• Wireless earpiece acts like a headpiece - it appears the band can rotate to create a headband, but the possibility hasn't been seen yet
• His lone wing, a matter of much embarrassment on his side, is virtually useless save for looking fancy. Like Beris, attempts to pluck it out have been in vain.
• Patterns aren't set in stone, but the areas they appear in generally are. Celtic patterns are a good resource for drawing these.

Artist notes:
• He almost perpetually has a slightly worried/oppressed expression, not exactly clear why.
• Outfit depicted in full body is work clothing; casually he wears just his long sleeve shirt (visualized in headshot and under jacket), and the same pants; in casual wear his scarf is reversed, with the ends hanging down the front. (ref to be updated) Other outfits are generally of genres fantasy or office wear.
• Jewellery is always gold; crosses (right side up only are welcome). A gold rosary is worn with casual wear at times.
• His ledger is a book/scroll hybrid with ethereal capacities - acting similar to a projector, the the roll displays content when unraveled, and the book frame acts like a viewfinder to frame pages.

• (Personal) Overworld secretary/scribe, working under a boss he's never seen before.
• Generally called Pravi. That's it.
• Personality: Naive, Curious, Easily flustered, Determined, Foolish, Righteous.
• Often checks in to both surface and underworld on 'duty'
• Loves his job, he thinks.
• His work is inclusive of the following duties: overworld registration, migrant orientation, maintenance and organization of overworld activities.
• Generally speaks with a very formal tone, but tends to have slip-ups in speech.
• Displays concern for surface residents but tends to display immaturity in doing so, 'Why don't they…' 'It isn't difficult…' are lines typically blurted without thought or careful study.
• Descendant of the Angel Pravuil from records, apparently the Archangel of Wisdom. Many, even from the Overworld wonder what happened along the bloodline.

Applicable World notes:
• Residents and officials of the overworld are baptised into their corresponding species on initial migration.
• Unlike the Underworld, those in higher positions tend to be those that appear least human-like.
• Pravi is one of many demi-human officials, with the misfortune of having a single wing, that too a very small one. It's the subject of stifled giggles and pity amongst a lot of overworld citizens - also possibly why he hasn't had a promotion in all his career.
