Your scene art says 1000 points max two characters, does that mean 1000 for the two characters or do you charge another 1000 for the other character? c:

four characters in the same piece, the price will rise. Until then, it remains as it is.

I would say they add on about 200
Starlit Sky and Purple Rain are pretty simple, so they wouldn't cost extra.
