The Rooters are secret plumber black ops, and an splinter organization as a whole, their main goal is kill ben tennyson as they see him as the biggest threat in the universe, years ago they found kevin kevin in the null void and use his powers to fuse alien genes with humans (such as fusing alan with pyronite genes) and send them to kill ben (who was 11, i think that's very evil to kill a kid) but when they failed Servantis wipe their memories and let them loose in the null void, years later the rooters return discovering that ben put the omnitrix back on and they regive the Amalgam Kids their memories but kevin was not that easily so servantis use the fact that ben drove him mad and send him to the null void and tell him that he is the hero he always wanted to be and kevin rejoin the rooters to destroy ben tennyson and kevin successfully captured him along with helen and plan to put him in an non-balearic chamber which can destroy ben and the omnitrix at the same time but kevin smashed into servantis head and absorb the memories of the amalgam kids freeing them and it's reveal that kevin act insane so that he can get close to servantis and then the Magistrata appear and punish the rooters for their actions (but can't arrest them) taking away their technology and base leaving them vulnerable against the mutate To'kustars.

Overall the rooters is one of my favorite villains but i'm also afraid of them.

In my version the rooters was recused by the evil polymorph gak and help them regain their strength, then he offer them a new base with new technology he turn back a member of the rooters, and servantis plan on destroying every single ben tennyson in the multiverse expect gwen 10 once he discovered that there are more than one ben tennyson.

And in my version phil is not a rooter or a villain cause i like the reboot version of himself as a hero.
