Got a bit carried away with one of the sketches, and it turned into this creature. Maybe he looks more like an alternate universe goth-skekTek than a skekLi, I am still kinda pleased with how it turned out.

SkekLi was the Skeksis’ Satirist and entertainer, with a fondness of making fun of his brethren. This undoubtedly led to conflicts with the other Skeksis. Not much is known about this dude in the Age of Resistance canon, as he is only briefly mentioned by SkekOk to be one of the Skeksis not at court under the events in the series. SkekLi is not in the original movie either, though he has been a notable character in the books which I have not read, though the canon in the books differs from that in the Netflix series. I hope we get to see him in season 2, if they do make one! (Though he will probably look nothing like this XD)
