Description
May teaching herself a little trick with the bow & arrow :3 Flat colours bc I'm a lazy butt and it's 1am xP I've been feeling much more proud of my work lately which has gotten my creative juices flowing! I was looking up yoga poses (they are surprisingly good references for more dynamic poses), and I came across something similar to this! I did a little search to see if this was possible, and yes it is!! The amount of time it must take to learn....gosh!Aaaand before anyone says "But May is a turtle!! She can't bend that way!" Well, not only do the tmnt themselves have quite a bit of stretch to them, but since the girls (Cleo and May) were both mutated from humans, they maintained flexible spines. Since their shells are unnatural, the girls can train in ways such as this. While at first bending was difficult for the girls, in fact breathing was for a while since they had to adjust to the corset-like plastron, Splinter trained them by slowly starting them doing VERY basic stretches. Eventually, they "wore in" their shells, for lack of a better term, and combined with their mutated abilities, these things can come quite quickly to them both. However, May is by far the most balanced of the two. She also is much more focused on her training as she cannot be taught by Splinter or any of the others.
