I am still not sure what to dress them up as...I thought maybe Yazoo could be a cat, but no clue about the others. Any suggestions?

Animals ? Mhhh... Loz could be a gorilla or a teddy bear and Kadaj something with wings. A bat or a winged moggle ? I often imagined SHM dressed in characters of "commedia dell' arte". Loz : Pedrolino crying ; Yazoo : Colombina and Kadaj : Arlecchino

I don't think many US folks will get the "Commedia dell'arte" reference, although Yazoo as Colombina is very tempting.
